Mr. Gold handles all educational legal matters, from the university to the elementary level, including:
- Representing faculty and staff before local and state Boards of Education
- Representing students in expulsion, suspension, and discipline cases.
- Representing families in Special Education matters, such as IEP and Section 504 issues, and due process hearings
- Representing children and families in residency, transfer, and school choice matters
- Representing faculty at the university level
